MEBTC does not sell, share or release your contact information to other organizations. MEBTC is not responsible for contact information you may voluntarily disclose within the text of your Donor Tribute.

Submission Rules

MEBTC is committed to creating an online environment which is free of harassment and which protects the dignity of its Web site visitors, constituents, staff and the public at large. MEBTC reserves the right to suspend any submissions that may be perceived as offensive. Offensive content may include, but is not limited to:

• Harassment or prejudice based on sexual orientation, gender, age, racial or ethnic background, religion or disabled status.
• Profanity, vulgar or violent language, adult content.
• Pornographic images or photographs.
• Violent images or photographs.
• Links to other Web sites that contain or make available any such offensive material.

MEBTC reserves the right to edit any aspect of any items submitted to its Donor Tribute Web site. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Tribute text. Text may be edited for appropriateness, length, readability or other concerns. Any portion of submitted text may be omitted by MEBTC.
  
  
• Graphic images and photographs. MEBTC may edit image file size, file type, resolution, cropping, photo content or any other characteristics that may interfere with appropriate online presentation in the context of a Donor Tribute.
