Melissa D. TalkowskiIn Memory of Her Life!!My sister Melissa was a very kind-hearted person. She never let me down. I could always count on her when I needed a boost of self-confidence or some advice on something creative I was trying to work on. After all, she had most of the creative talent. :)
I often wondered what I would do without my only sister. Now, I am forced to deal with that every day. The person who was the rock I leaned on every day, exists now only in my heart. I will go on with my life knowing that she will guide and watch over me. I will hold her hand in my success, knowing that she led me every step of the way. Melissa's love for her family and children was very apparent. She was great with kids and loved spending time with her family. I thank God that I had the honor to call her my sister, although I don't feel that the time we had was enough. I kissed your forehad and told you I love you one last time, and in my heart I know you felt that and you were not afraid. Thank you, my sister, for all your kind words and laughter. I will see you again in the future, and here is my poem to you... THERE IS NO FRIEND LIKE A SISTER There's no better friend than a sister Perhaps it's a family resemblance A sister remembers your collegehood She's seen you in some situations And when some encouragement's needed... There's no one who's more in your corner... |
