A Tribute From

Joan Kremkow, Donor Wife

Gerald H. Kremkow

Jerry was a retired airline mechanic who loved the out-of-doors. He and our three sons part-time farmed. When the boys left the area, Jerry continued to farm, about 100 acres of soybeans and corn. Jerry loved to walk the fields in the Spring, after planting, and see the miracle of growth. His eyes took in the landscape, animal tracks, sunrises and sunsets. What a fitting tribute to him to be able to give the gift of sight to another - so they can enjoy the view.

His other great love was family... Maybe someone else can now see the smile of a son, daughter or grandchild, watch their accomplishments, or maybe just see a picture they colored. It always brought a big smile to Jerry's face... Hopefully another can smile now.
